FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: District 56 will utilize an e-learning day tomorrow, Tuesday, January 9th.
No students will report to campuses and all school events will be cancelled. E-learning assignments and due dates will be issued after students return to school. If you have any questions, please contact your child's principal.

AND, District 55:
In District 55, all district schools and offices will be closed. Teachers will post assignments for students to complete; there will be no live Google Meets classes. Chromebooks will be sent home with students (4K-5th).
E-Learning means that teachers will post the assignments for students to complete at their own pace; there will be no live instruction. The assignments will be uploaded to Google Classroom or emailed to the students by 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday.
